Verarbeitung von Rollenmaterial

LAMFI Lining Maschinen stanzen die Einlagen in jeder gewünschten Form aus dem Rollenmaterial und legen sie in die Verschlüsse ein: rund, Pull-Tab, Tri-Tab, Donut oder Ring. Bei unseren Modellen der Version “A” und “C” kann dafür eine Rotationsstanze (Rotary Die Technique) zum Einsatz kommen.

Die Rotationsstanze kann jede Form von Einlagen perforieren. Dabei bleibt die Einlage am Rollenmaterial haften, wird anschließend mit einem Stempel ausgebrochen und in den Verschluss eingedrückt. Es ist möglich beide Stanzverfahren auf einer Maschine zu vereinen. Damit kann von einem Stanzverfahren leicht auf das andere umgestellt werden.
Die Rotationstechnik kann auch zum Prägen / Blindprägen eines Logos auf die Einlage genutzt werden.
