Lamfi lining machines can cut seals directly from tape into all liner shapes: Round, Pull-Tab, Tri-tab, Donut or Ring, either by punching liner from the tape or by Rotary Die Technique which can be fitted onto Version “A” and “C” of all our models
The Rotary Die cut unit can cut any shape of liner leaving it attached to the tape. The liner is then detached and fitted into the closure by the inserting device of the lining machine. Both Punching and RD devices can be installed on our lining units and it is possible to switch easily between the two systems.
The RD unit can be used also to emboss a logo on the liner.

Changing tool kit is quick and easy with our "quick set packages"; facilities for video inspection & glue options are available too.
